World Clock has an alarm on my 650, but I'm not sure if the 600 comes with WC or not.
Butler has one, but I haven't used it. Actually it has two alarms that are pretty configurable. It's cheap, too.

TreoAlarm is free, you can also use it to update weather (via gprs). I got it from www.treoalarm.com
