snapshot error after making calls..

I'm assuming this is a software error but sometimes after calls(its only happened a few times so far) and it will bring up this error screen that says

Error


I've only had it 1 day and haven't added anything except some mp3s and a few pics..Any ideas?

I have searched a few sites but no luck so far..
