7100g and viewing outdoors

Is it just me or are others having issues with seeing the screen while outdoors. With the display at 100%, mine almost completely washes out. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately, that's a 7100g limitation. There are three different types of LCD screens that BlackBerries use. They have different characteristics. The 7100g uses a type of screen that works best indoors.
Great Indoor Screen (hard to see outdoors)
7100g
Great Indoor AND Outdoor Screen
7290, 7520, 7250, 7730, 7780
Great Outdoor Screen (dim backlight)
7230, 7280, 7510

inability to see the screen well outdoors is not native to the 7100g, it's also apparent on the other 7100s as well. One of the only limitations in my opinion, and certainly not enough to taint this incredible unit.
