T616 corrosion repair, Thanks to all forum contributers.

My T616 somehow managed to get wet and corroded, hence not eligible for warranty repair. It was only holding a charge for about 48 hrs with little or no use. Using the instructions found in this forum, disassembled it, cleaned a bit of corrosion on the charging, power adapter contacts and it now it holding 3/4 charge after 48 hrs so put back it on line.
The only problem was a couple small dark shadowed spots appearing on each side of the lower LCD display, possibly from handling or the aerosol (brake, electrical) cleaning fluid. I also broke off one of the plastic tabs on the LCD frame, possibly melted, weakened from the solvent but it not effecting the reassembly. The LCD still fitting though not snapping back into place. With exception of a little static in reception it appears to be working normally and might not have anything to do with the repair.
Thanks to those that take the time and effort to contribute their experience to the Forum, especially the ones who gave up their disassembly instructions in this case.
