picture resolution

does anyone know of a program that allows you to take a picture say 2048x1536 and convert it into a smaller resolution to use as a photo contact... this would be nice for me, cause i will save a lot of memory... thanks

just about any photo editing software will resize a picture. You may allreadt have one. if not there are lots of free ones out there all you need to do is look.
