Have any experienced the versamail program shutting sown the phone when you try to retrieve you email??

Worked fine for one day and now it shut off everytime try to download email.

Using Cingular 64k SIM

Any help would be greatly appreciated

How much memory do you have left on the device?

#*377 then hit dial on the phone and see what it says.

When entering the code in the previous post the Treo displays:

A reset was caused on 2/18/05 at 2:22 pm while running VersaMail

It might be conflicting with a 3rd party application that was installed.

This link talks about the versamail problem.... I tried it and my phone still rebooted on it's own at verious times.... oh well.. I went to handango.com and downloaded snapper mail... Works great.

Also the versamail would never delete then email messages off the server even when I had it set up to.... weird... but no problems at all with snappermail
