Can anyone help please. My wife has a sagem mx2, but cannot remove the T9 predictive txt function. Also when a message is composed the phone does not give an option to send. It saves to drafts, but then wont let it be sent. In all other ways its fine

On my daughter's handset I go into messages, compose, than I press options, ABC mode (to change from the T9) and it works fine.
Did you try another sim card in that phone?

Hi
Thats what the manual says. When I go into options, all it gives me is Store, Cancel or Activate Zoom. If I store it and then look to send it, all I get is Modify, Read, Delete, Delete All. I have tried another sim card and it still doesnt give me the send option. I can receive texts and send calls, but not send texts.

In settings you find the option "reset settings" this put you mobile back to the factory settings.

You should try that and if it doesn't work, return it to the shop.
