What should I do with my M900?

So I've decided to get another phone. I posted in the BST and so far I have the option of trading it for a sammy P738 or outright selling it. If I sell it outright, I would buy the Inno A11 since I'm really curious about its performance. I'm a little worried about the P738 because I heard the camera is so so and that it doesn't have mp3 ringtones. Any input?

I could also get a Sharp TM-200

well. i'm looking into buying an M900. brand new ones on ebay are going for $465. i'll pm you with an offer.

braindead m900 is very limited, and im too might think of trading it in for inno a11.. i mean i got to toy around with a samsung e315, and m900 is huge compared to e315!!.. inno a11 is extremely small and light compared to m900.. the camera are about the same.. only think i hate is the 128mb isn't upgradeable.. but go with inno a11..
btw 465 on ebay is a used one.. xtremeillusions has a bunch of them.. i was interested in one 3 months ago from him, only to find out that he has like 20 used m900 phones.. i

i don't know if you can trust these sites.. and i recommend not to buy anything from them.. this is just a price range you will be seeing for inno a11.. should be even lower than that.. in plemix inno a10 is only 409.. you can get a decent price if you trade in your m900.. most likely +$$

That website has a store in chicago so I'll get the phone from there. As far as the cameras go, i'm pretty sure the mitsu will kill the inno

braindead since i know you are one of the expert in m900.. i'm not going to start another thread asking for help.. you know when you are taking self potraits, everytime i take a picture it inverses my picture.. for example.. my body is on the left, and after the picture is taken it reverse my body to the right.. any way to view the picture other way?? or take the picture?? thanks

Posted by: braindead5400

Because the camera faces a different direction when you open the phone, you cannot avoid the switching of the picture. You can use a phot editor on a computer to switch it back to the way you want though.

hey braindead, since the Mitsu M900 supports mp3's as ringtones, does that mean i can download ringtones from wap.rousso.net?

Posted by: braindead5400

yep, or you can make your own

yes!!!! i love this phone already!!! is the phone really as big as everybody say it is or are they exaggerating? is it as big as a Sharp TM150 (which isn't too bad) or is it bigger than that (God i hope not)?

Posted by: h412121501V

ok .. the phone flip down, is exactly the size of a nokia 1100.. the phone once flipped it 1.5 of t722i length. this is one of the biggest phone i ever owned.. i mean get inno a11. has almost same options but way smaller and cheaper.. and your warranty is in USA Not in singapore..

Posted by: lamda17

the phone is bigger than most flip phones--but that doesnt say much--The m900 is fine for me and fits fine in my pockets like any other flip phone.

I just got my sony ericcson stereo headphones and the talk button actually works when calls come in and I can listen to mp3s and videos without bothering people.

However, the volum control/level is pretty horrible--the lowest setting is still pretty **** loud through the headphones. Its equivalent to about 60% volume of what normal mp3's sound like.

BTW i bought my phone from xtreme........ couple weeks ago.
It was used --just the phone and the charger basically--got a 512mb card from ebay as well

Yea, the phone is really THAT big, its like a house phone, but I got used to it. He won't be getting the A11 because he bought my M900. If I remember correctly, wap.rousso.net stopped storing mp3 tones, they only have midi. It would be alot easier to get a card reader and download the ringtones from somewhere like www.meogee.com. If you go there, you can make requests for songs and one of us will make a tone for you

rousso.net still has mp3 ringers. all the new ones are in the public cabinets. i'm hoping you were able to mail it off today. i'm salivating for the phone.

is anyone else getting strong static on your ringtone when someone calls.. i think something is broken .

Posted by: braindead5400

No static here

while we are on the inno A11, welectronics claims the phone doens't come with a data cable, which makes no sense because there is no other way to get things on and off the phone

Posted by: h412121501V

none of the inno phones come with the data cable.. buy a inno 90 cable.. all the inno cables i heard are universal..

Posted by: braindead5400

The A10 comes with a usb cable for the phone, I have my 90 cable but its erial and I don't have any software that will support the A11. I heard that the A11 is supposed to act as a mass storage device with the usb, which would be really helpful when copying music

Posted by: h412121501V

braindead, are you considering buying that a11 off that website?? if you are, please tell me how it goes because i might want to get a inno a11 too.. also update me on a11 features. thanks

Posted by: braindead5400

They are based in Chicago so I intend on buying it from their store, I've been there before.

How do i download mp3 from rousso.net? The phone supports mp 3 but i can't download. Any help?

Posted by: braindead5400

I ran into some download problems when I was using Tmobile but not Cingular, it would only happen one some items though. If you can't get it directly, then you can send it to yourself with the phones email client or use a card reader

i don't get why this phone won't download if it supports the files. i found another wap site and it downloaded only 2 of the songs. when i tried to preview it, i got a message that said unsupported file type. so i stored it. and when i tried to play it then it said "decoding failure". i won't get my new pc for another 2 weeks. so the only way for me to get it is through wap for now. i can't go 2 weeks without an mp3 ringtone!!!
