i am in the process of creating a new skin for my E398, will put it up for download as soon as its done, however i need to get the process started.

this is what i intend to do (stop me if i am wrong, or there is a simpler way):

1. will be editing "techno" (replacing every single item)
2. extract gifs from .dat (using dat2gif)
3. replace .gifs, keepng the same file names and saving in same folder(s)
4. open motoskin
5. edit techno.ski
6. using file explorer, "replace" techno gifs from the revised techno gif directory (extracted .dat)
7. save new "techno".ski
8. glue folders back into: .dat
9. load on phone

*there has to be a simpler way (moto needs to be talking to SE devs for a skinning prog)
