7250 has more than double the memory of the 7750 (32MB plus 4MB of sram), Bluetooth wireless connectivity for headsets and car kits, and a faster processor.
The 7250 is apparently "EV-DO" ready; a feature that will be enabled with a future software release. EVDO is the next evolution of wireless data on CDMA. Bell plans to have this network deployed sometime later this year.
After reading the manual for the 7250, I also realized that the device includes the "sound boost" feature--basically increases the volume automatically in noisy environments.

Don't get the 7750!
The 7250 is significantly superior:- The 7750 is SLOW, has a lot of lagging.
- The 7250 is much FASTER, no lag.
- Built-in TCP/IP stack (makes MSN possible) run your Internet software with no need for MDS
- Twice the memory.
- Better screen with 2-step backlight.
- Improved thumb keyboard
- Bluetooth connectivity
- Much better 1X performance (dedicated hardware chip now).
- Software upgradeable to EV-DO
You'll be throwing the 7750 out of the window out of frustration (inability to run MSN, for example, slow performance). Save your sanity, get the 7250 BlackBerry, not the 7750 TurtleBerry.

Also, IMO, the 7250 "feels better", especially the ESC key.

So the TCP/IP stack is available using Verizon on the 7250?

from what i was told - yes

Yep! TCP/IP stack included with the 7250, just like the TCP/IP stack on the Rogers 7290. Actually a little easier, since there's no APN configuration required.
Verichat AIM / ICQ / MSN / Yahoo works great on the 7250, you just install wirelessly "Over-The-Air" by typing http://www.verichat.com/ota/VeriChat.jad into BlackBerry Internet Browser ... and presto, you've got chatting software installed on your 7250 in just 2 minutes!
Everyone who has tried this on the Verizon 7250, hasn't failed with Verichat yet.
