reload operating system on s65?

I have a problem with the notes and missed appts functions on the S65 that I cant seem to get resolved.
I think the only thing to do is reload the OS on the phone as the issues isnt a physical problem and reinstalling the firmware etc doenst fix it.

Has anyone done it before, how do you go about it and what do I need to do it other than DCA510 and OD.EXE

I have not reloaded the firmware on my S66. I haven't had a problem with it yet.. but a master reset should fix some probems.

I have done the master reset twice while talking to Seimens on the phone helpline and also the #9999# I think it is after the firmware load etc.
Removed battery a few times, had a look in the phone using OD.exe for something that looks obviously like something.

I have done the firmware reload although it was working fine with current firmware (V25) so it wasnt as a result of that. The previous version (16) gave me camera issues all the time. The V25 went in about 4 months ago or more.

It can have an OS reload at a serice centre but apparently it can take from 3hrs to 4 days

wihch is odd when a firmware load takes 30 mins thru a DCA510.
I just want to do it myself rather than lose the phone for so long.
