Hi everyone. I apologize for asking questions that have been asked a thousand times over, but i'm so confused & frustrated at this point.

I just bought the data cord for my 8900 today. I downloaded the Futuredial USB Driver provided SnoopyII, & was a little unsure what to do when it asked for my phone model...& it wasn't listed. Any suggestions there?

I have downloaded & installed both BitPim & Brewsky, with absolutely no luck with either.

I'm not exactly sure where i'm going wrong. Any help would be very much appreciated.
