Chinese Language Pack for V400?

Hi, I searched the forum, but couldn't find the result (only one thread listed for V600). Can someone point me to a website with language flexes for the V400?
Am I better of flashing to some other firmwares? (ie. V5xx, V6xx)
I also read it somewhere, V303p is a better version of the V-series, is that true? If so, can V400 be flashed to V303p? Thanks!
