Razr v3: SMS Confirmation Default to YES - please

I am looking for a seem edit so that the SMS confirmation on my Razr is set to YES by default.
I want a confirmation 99% of the time and so it would be helpful if I this is the default option selected.
Anyboy out there have a seem edit for this ? Or another way to accomplish this ?
