I have a 7400 on my account for my girlfriend and she is having problems with the display showing the bottom portion of the screen where the option labels are showing up shifted into the top of the screen.

This is intermittent and goes away if you close the clamshell and unlock the keyguard. Anyone else see this issue? It is a 247xxx esn so appears to be a more recent one which others say is stable. It is not dropping calls or exhibiting any other problems.

Let me know if you have seen this.

hoping we don't get a refurb - do they even have refurb on these yet? Anyway, problem is apparently solved. Waiting for the new phone next week.

Yes refurbs are available...I have one since 12/8/04 Got it as a replacement for my silver 5500 and it has worked flawlessly since I gotten it....over 4000 minutes and no dropped calls or MM problems.....
