I have tried numerous ways of getting the tones on my phone. The one that seems to work the best and easiest is: I go to Walmart.com (as suggested on a previous thread), I click on the file and it opens in Musicmatch on my computer. I rightclick on the file in the Playlist window, click "Export Playlist Tracks". When that window opens, I click, Copy as is, instead of Convert to Wav first. I leave the destination folder: Desktop, then click start. Now using the Bitpim directions, I'm able to get the file on my phone and it will play in the tones file. However, I still cannot assign the file to a ringtone and there is a red x through the file. Does anyone know what I should do to the file so that it can be assigned?
