I forgot my unlock code, is there anyway around this. I am tired of hold times and disconnects when calling sprint.

Actually there is a way to get your code throught the programming system on your phone(accessed by dialing ##[number]#) but there is a risk of harming the phone that way. The only other way I know is to head to store and let them find it and/or reset it for you.

You can make someone else deal with hold times by going to a Sprint Store or a corporate RadioShack. Also, if you want to try again yourself, there are better Sprint numbers than *2. Go to Sprint PCS info and use the phone number(s) that say "Customer Service without Claire". Sometimes the phone won't even ring when you call it before they pick up. I love those numbers. Just ask them for the lock code for your phone and have your ESN ready from under the battery. Call from a phone besides your cell phone since it is toll free anyway.
