GPRS Text & Vodafone

Hi,
Does anyone know if Vodafone UK supports GPRS Texting ?
The cost of international text's is prohibitively expensive but my current tariff allows me £30 worth of data transfer that I don't not even come close to using.
On a related note does anyone know how to enable this feature on the Motorola V3 Razr ?
