inno 90 missing calls when opening phone

Has anyone experienced missing calls, ie the phone hangs up on them as if you pressed the "end" key when you open the phone? I have tested it out several times to ensure that I don't accidentally hit any buttons and it still sends the calls to voice mail. What could be causing this?
