t610 not charging help...

ok i got a t610 from ebay(good phone all works) one thing though i cant seem to get it to charge fully or even charge for that matter .Based on my experiences and common knowledge i seem to think that its either simply the phone charger plug or battery...
is that the case let me know so i can buy a new one and hopefully it isnt theefu phone thats screwing up i will be very mad if so..

check with a new charger... if that doesnot work... try another batt... else the phone is gone...
