Here ya go.
Just download from the link to the right of the BUY NOW button. When you run the program, just click the TRY NOW button. You can use that part forever.

I use iTunes to create my ringtones. It is very easy to use (I'm a bit challenged when it comes to most of the stuff discussed on this message board) and I like it.

This is off of the funformobile.com website (FAQ section #10). I was able to make it work and it is simple to use. I hope it works for you!!! Let me know if I can help anymore, although at some point, all of this goes over my head! Good Luck! -hp
10. How to make MP3 files from CD tracks or other sources?
(a) Get iTunes software from http://www.apple.com/itunes/. Click Download to install the software for your Mac or PC.
(b) Run iTunes software, Click Edit->Preferences…. Then choose the Importing Tab.
(c) Select “MP3 Encoder” from the Dropdown list for “Import Using:”. Select “Custom…” for “Setting:”. A window will pop up.
(d) Choose 64kbs for “Stereo Bit Rate:”, 22,050 Hz for “Sample Bit Rate:”, and Mono for “Channels:” ( Please experiment with the parameters for better playing quality for your phone). Click OK.
(e) Pick up a song or CD track. Right click the selected Item to bring up the menu item then select “Get Info”. In the Options window, choose Options and then pick up a “Start Time:” and “Stop Time:”. Adjust the volume using “Volume Adjustment:” to get the desired volume. Click OK. Right click the selected item again and select “Convert Selection to MP3” from the menu. Browse the converted mp3 file under My Document->My Music->iTunes subdirectories and send it to your phone.
