MPx220 keypad: Unevenly lit!

I just noticed this last night. The keypad on MPx220 is unevenly lit. Please look at the picture below (downloaded from howardchui.com) that shows what I'm talking about. All the keys on the right are only about half-way lit. Is that so with everyone's MPx220s?

yeah i noticed it on mine too. how many else have the same issue? is it something wrong with only some phones???

i've noticed this on every MPx220 that i've seen (approx 20+). i don't think it's a problem/issue; chaulk it up to poorly implemented background lighting. no big deal to me...

Not a big deal for me either if it is the same for everybody, but, still, man, for a phone this higher up in the rank, they should have looked at quality control.

I've seen many MPx220s and they all had this "feature". It is but one of the many endearing features of this phone :-)
