v800 Not reading contacts stored in SIM?

Greetings,

I just unpacked a shiny new unlocked v800 (802se) today, but I am having trouble getting it to recognize the contacts stored on my SIM memory...

It's reading the SIM fine, as my carrier shows up.

Hmm. I've tried all the different options and what would appear to be copy from SIM to Phone, but no success.

Anyone encounter a similar issue or know what I may be doing wrong here?

When u go contacts/options/sim card does anything show?

Figured it out! Apparently my SIM wasn't storing addresses on my last phone, so I had to copy to sim on my old phone and now everything is showing up.

Wierd thing though, when I copied to the v800 using the phone's memory, I couldn't jump alphabetically to names on the list. I could only do that from the sim.

Glad you figured it out - here are a couple of new things - I like the flash light one - remember if you play with it to much you will go blind!!!
