CF62 - how can I turn off keypad backlight?! please!

Hi all

I just bought a siemens CF62 and as the keypad backlight is red (and I dont like that) I would like to turn the light permanetly off.

Theres no funktion on the phone for this, and I´ve searched for hours on the internet without finding any solutions.

Can someone help me out?

Any suggestion would do fine, as long as it makes that light die! (or change color..)

Chances are that the LEDs or the keypad (is) are red themselves you would have to change those in order to get a different appearance.

You can also try changing the Color Scheme if you have more than 1:

Display --> Color Scheme
