hey guys i cant get this to work. my ringtone stays the same one no matter how i change it. any help? also, i've heard a lot of ppl have problems with the 'ring' around the outer screen being broken. my had the same problem too cuz i bought it second hand. my solution was simply put some super glue and glue it back together.

could be a firmware problem, if your phone isn't grey market then you probably should get it flashed. As far as gluing the ring back together, that will not work if the fiber optic tube is broken. The tube has to be continuous for the light to travel all the way around. I'm guessing its just the plastic that you are talking about, how bad was it cracked?

yea it was just the plastic that cracked.
the top half came off
what do you mean getting it flashed? isnt flashing just unlocking it?

flashing and unlocking are two totally different things. Flashing updates the firmware/OS of your phone. Unlocking removes the carrier lock so you can use your phone with any SIM card
