I thought nothing could beat the e398. Until i got the m900. The camera is 100x better. Mp3 ringtones and Mp3 player. U can set Mp3 ringtones str8 from the memory card. So u can use a full song as a ringtone. Video recording up to 10 minutes. Much better resolution. Only thing the e398 has over it is bluetooth which i don't use and better sound.

Dude, you're comparing a 2.0mp camera against a VGA camera.

I think you have a high fever man, hehe and hey, the e398 needs a higher end phone comparison to be beat, hehe.

I mean dont get me wrog the M900 does look nice but i meant the 2.0MP as being higher end. I heard the M900 is kinda big. I wish i can see some pictures of the phones next to each other.

P.S. I still love my e398.

I had a TM200 and a Samsung D500 and sold them both and stood always with my e398. I'm planning to sell one of my e398's but im thinking if i should,

think of the nokia 6230, but a little wider and you have the M900, closed. Open it up, and its twice the size of the nokia

yea, when the phone is open, you take pics of yourself, with it closed, you open the shutter on the back and hold the phone sideways and use the big external display

$250 difference. What a comparison...It makes sense as much as comparing e1120 to e398 or nokia 6630 to 6230 or s700 to k700. M900 is the most expensive of Mitsubishi while E398 is not. I also agree with others E398 looks much better and is good enough for its price.

yea i know it's not really fair to compare. the e398 IS a great phone. i had one. the e398 looks much better. and it does take a higher end phone to beat it.

i'd take this phone over an E1000 as well (seeing as how i was stuck between this phone and the E1000)...

no need to buy it in order to make a comparison, the specs are totally different as the price will be different,too. I see your point but think as you're comparing a bmw 325 to lexus LS430. One of them has 2.5Lt engine while other one has 4.3Lt. In this case the comparison needs to be in between bmw 745 and lexus LS430 because they are considered to be in the same league.

do you think m900 and e398 are in the same league? Let's compare e1120 and m900 if you want.

The E398 is not in the same league as the M900 but it does have haptics, a much better mp3 player, stereo speakers, better rf and bluetooth. The only thing the mitsu has over the e398 is the screen and camera.

Thinking about it, I really really miss my E398.

and i think i'll have a hard time picking up a phone between E1120, 6230i and SE w800. E1120 still seems to be slightly better than other 2 but w800 is a real music phone with 2MP cam. and 6230i is again full of features with 3D sound this time. I'm reall confused, what do you think?

its a tough choice, there is also another E model that is coming out that I like. I may just buy all of them and switch daily like I used to do.

yes these two phones are completely different so it is hard to make a comparison between the two ..

i used to have the Moto E398 .. the stereo speakers are fantastic.. it has the loudest ringtone (MP3) .. it is amazing when the phone rings and plays your MP3 in stereo sound and vibrating bass...

However the phone OS is very very very SLOW... I used to have a Nokia phone and I don't need to say more about how fast and efficient the Nokia OS is ..

I thought about getting the M900 too .. but the only thing I liked about it is the 2.0 CCD camera ... i am not a fan of flip phones.

Its a 1.3 interpolated to 2.0 camera. As far as the E398 being the loudest, I'd have to disagree. From my memory, my 6230 is louder than the E398 but thats only because its no where near as full of a sound as the E398. The mp3 ringtones sound a hell of a lot better coming out of the moto, but out on a loud street, the 6230 is easier to hear. Its hard to describe but someone may know what I mean

or I could just have a bad memory

Hmm..alright.. is not the loudest.. but it is the loudest phone I've used.. is still loud comparing to other phones.. and we can agree to the fact that the sound quality of the ringtone is amazing.

I take back what i said. The e398 is a better phone. I got caught up in the fact that the m900 was new and the camera was so good. But the e398 wins in every other categorie.
