Sprint phones, if they are associated with an account that is past do, cannot be reactivated on another line until the past due amount is payed. I don't know of any way around this, but it might be possible to get Retention to help you if you are and existing subscriber. Just as a side note: if you are buying a phone from someone other than an authorized retailer, ALWAYS get the ESN number before you pay. With that ESN, you can check with customer service to determine if the phone has a past due balance associated with it, or if it's stolen. |
