Anyone seen this mpx300 on sale from ebay

Hey whats up guys. I found this on Friday, Final production 850/1800/1900 mpx300. I took the plunge since they seem legit, have local pickup, papyal verified and protection to 1000.00. Anyways heres the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...ssPageName=WDVW
I thought reading everyone here pretty much said that there is no 850 Final version? Is there anyway that I can tell if this is an engineering unit or final? He told me the phone is final version and has the January software on it.

The guy has like 29 for sale. He/she has good ratings, but, looks kinda shady. Plus, $1,250 for a phone. That's crazy!!!!!!

id go for it since u really have nothing to loose with local pickup...u test the phone to see if it works then if it doesnt u decline to buy it, and if it does great. the only weird thing is that this "final" unit doesnt come with a box or manuals

Does seem a little bit shady, however there a retail operation and verified with paypal. The phone should be here tomorrow via fedex as my fat friend was too lazy to go and pick it up. I'll keep you guys updated.

Definately waiting to hear more about this! Hopefully this phone will have all the bugs taken care of that was in the MPX220.
