blue screen of death...on a treo 600?

Anybody here encounter a blue screen on a Treo 600.

It will charge and put in a SIM and it will dial (by punching the ghost keypads).

Resets have been done to no avail.

so the phone is working, the digitizer is working (i think) - but its just a blue screen...any thoughts?

Did you try either a soft or hard reset?

yes - I followed the directions on the palmone website to resolve a blue screen, alas to no avail. Most of it I surmise are software related solutions, I was kind of hoping is there was some sort of diagnostic I can do if it was a hardware failure.

Methinks its a hardware problem (like a loose connection, I hope).

Anybody know if this happens when you dunk your treo in water? (I actually dont know if this happened to the treo - again, im just trying to deduce what happened).
