Innostream 55 Voicemail

Yeah so lately i havent really cared but now im sorta missing this.. for some reason it doesnt indicate that i have a voicemail or not anymore, so i always forget to check sometimes and i dont know what's goin on.. one time i got 5 voicemails and i didnt know till like the night when i couldnt call them back, it was dumb. So yeah if someone can tell me why it doesn show that i got a voicemail, please tell.. is it the firmware or something? If so how do i update? i have a usb cable for it if that helps?
