In Need of BitPim Help: Driver Installation

I recently installed BitPim 7.24 and I have a VX6100 phone. I just bought a USB cable and connected it and it works okay, but, when I used BitPim I get this in my log:

LG-VX6100 on COM1: The phone is not responding while transitioning mode from none to brew.

So, I looked up something and it said I need drivers in order to make it work, because the cable won't work without USB drivers. So, I downloaded some and they are in a ZIP file, but, I don't know where to go from there. I don't know where to put them or anything, please, I need some help!

All that is saying is that no connection to the phone is working, the software is trying to compensate but it cant.

Go here, and get the software-- www.mobileaction.com

After that uninstall bitpim, delete all you phone ports in the device manager--restart, install mobileaction first--it has the drivers.

After that, reinstall bitpim, make sure the phone settings are right, dont mess with the ports, just the model of the phone is correct.

It should come into play then.
