Siemens SL55 Screws

I recently got an SL55 from a member on this board. But the screws seem to have been abused majorly and are worn, and I would like to replace them. So I would like to know which store might sell this small item, i think they're 4 T3s and 4 T5s.
But if they're any different, let me know as well. 
Toronto Stores preffered and I will not set foot in Pacific mall.
