Opening and closing music on Z500a

I just bought the Z500a from Cingular and while I have added and removed files from it, i cannot get rid of or change the opening and closing music and theme (the closing theme reminds me to be courteous and careful). I thought unlocking it might help but it didn't, nor did trying to delete the themes using the dtat cable and PC. I have had this same problem with my t616. Does anyone know how to change these themes?
