i am a 4900 guy. I've used it for like 3 years and never once thought about getting a new phone.

with sprints new free extra shared line, i figure its a good time to update my technology while holding on to my old phone

i have been scouring phonescoop and here about what the latest is.

For me, reception is NUMBER ONE, but i wouldnt mind trying out some cool new features. First i was going to go with the 4920 as a "safe switch", but now i am looking at the 7400 and the 5600. Can anyone personally compare them to the 4900 series in terms of losing reception quality and normal battery usage?

also, i liked tethering my 4900. are there drivers/capabilities for the 5600 and the 7400?

btw, according to sprint, if you add a "sub" line you get an extra number with shared minutes and you get 150$ off instantly on the new sub phone. so i HAVE to take advantage of it rather than waiting 6 months for a rebate.

That cuts the 5600 out of the running...Right now the 777 ...maybe a hack later???
