MM-5600 arrived yesterday

Well my 5600 arrived yesterday via UPS Next Day. I've just charged it to its full capacity and will play around with it today.

Preliminary thoughts:

1) A little bit shorter, but a little bit fatter than my aging 5300.

2) Bottom keeps the old connector and adds a new one. I can still use the 5300's charger on the 5600, but the charger that came with the 5600 has the little round connection. I can use either one for charging. Might be useful for if you want to charge via the new adaptor and use the USB computer connectivity at the same time, except I don't think they'll fit both at once

3) Graphics/resolution much sharper than 5300.

4) No extended battery!

5) New USB Cable! Old one was getting tattered.

That's all for now. I can provide pics later, although I'm sure others will beat me to it by then.

Here are a few quick pix I took tonight. Sorry if they blow.

This is what the bottom connector of the 5600 looks like

Too close together to use at the same time. (Probably a good thing. Some bonehead might try "dual charging")

Hey, I'm probably too dumb to read the manual, how did you change the screen to make it say "Joey Phone?" I'd like to do that with my 5600
