Verizon Flip Phone (Audiovox?)

Hey everyone,

I think I'm going to switch to Verizon, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a phone. Here's what I'm looking for (in order of importance):

1) Flip phone
2) Great RF performance/sound quality (Tired of dropped calls w/ T-Mo)
3) External display
4) MP3 Ringtones
5) Tri-Mode
6) Priced around $100

I did some researching and the phone that seemed best for me is the Audiovox CDM-9900, but it's been discontinued (anyone know where I can get one besides eBay?).

Other options I saw were the Audiovox CDM-8910 and the Samsung A670. I have a Samsung E315 right now, and I like all the features it has, but it has kinda poor sound quality.

I just wanted to get some feedback from people who have these phones, or if people have any other reccomendations (I'd prefer not to go LG or Moto, though). Thanks!

I'd go with the 9 series audiovox or the sammy. The 8 series is made by curitel (hyundai) and they aren't known for their quality

I have the a670 and it has been a great phone. Voice quality and battery life are exceptional!

I know that you do not want to go Moto as they have had some bad phones in the past. I can tell you I use to feel the same way about Moto but the newer Motorola phones are great, and the V265 is going to give you the best reception either that or the Motorola V710.
