For whoever in need 
WAP connection profile:
IP: 010.250.250.054
AP: proxy
User: (blank)
Password: (blank)
DNS: Static 010.250.001.010
PORT: HTTP 8080 HTTPS 8080
Authentication: Secure
WAP address: http://home
MMS connection profile is exactly like the WAP one except:
IP: 010.250.250.055
MMS address: http://mmsc.mobile.attwireless.net
E-mail:
POP3: pop.attwireless.net
User: your mmode ID
Password: your mmode pass
SMTP: smtp.attwireless.net
Use same id/pass as POP3
SMS and VM settings should be picked up by the phone automatically without any setup.
