is there a way to set the v3 razr to use a 24 hour clock? and perhaps even a different date format?

the manual was no help. and no obvious SEEM changes.

Go to Settings > Initial Setup > Time and Date
There you can change to 24 hr clock setting as well as different date display format.

i'm a moron. i didn't realize that turning off "auto-update" would add menu items for date and time format.

all set now. thanks again.

I did this and only get an "on" or "off" option under autoupdate????????????

Turn it off.

Then you will have more options like change format.

Once you have set the format turn it back on.

I had to find this one by myself. Good thing I'm a menu monkey.

Hi,

I can t find the AUTOUPDATE. I want to turn it off so I can ajust my time to be 24 hrs

The problem is that in Initial setup, there is no time and date function anywhere. I ve ajust it in my other phones before but there is not that fonction in this phone. It is a new Razr V3c from Bell mobility. I think the date and time fonction is hidden somewhere

It seems like when I try to SEEM edit 0032_0001 when I restart the phone, the options that I have change are not there anymore. Looks like it doesnt want to save the changes I have made

Anyone knows why

Bell (thinking they're still a monopoly) Mobility has removed the day/time format functionality.

They have also removed OBEX from their V3C version.

I have repeatedly written to them but I have only received the canned answer with repeated offers to get more phone options installed.
