What's this Icon?

I have a Siemens CF62T. Since yesterday, I have had a folder icon with an arrow stuck on my display. There's no such icon listed under my display symbols in the user manual. This showed up after I successfully downloaded a ringtone from T-Zones, and I was in the process of backtracking through menus, when my phone got stuck on the sounds page within My Stuff. The application would not quit when I closed the phone, and I wound up having to remove the battery for a few seconds to get back to the main menu. I have no incoming text or mms messages, and my data folder is empty, so where did this come from and how do I get rid of it?

Looking at the English CF62 manual (Page 9 of 122), the symbol you described could be the Extras Folder.

Have you checked that folder?
