I downloaded the handset manager for my VM slider from mobileaction.com

When i plug my phone in and open the program all i get is trying to connect to the handset.

I can connect fine using bitpim and i did install the drivers that were provided on the moblieaction website. can anyone help me? did i do anything wrong?
