Weird phone/reception problem

I have the Inno 55 phone, and i am in an area with 800/1900 band. a few weeks ago, cingular updated some of the cell tower info and stuff and now i get better reception in my room. it was all good until last night in my roommy phone still says full bars (which is no problem) but when i try to make a call, or ppl call me, it goes straight to voicemail. i cant make any outgoing calls, even though i have full bars, and connected to the att/cingular towers. i only get this problem indoors, but last week it was fine. i have the reception, i am on the right network, but it cant make calls. i know the sim isnt a problem because i used another persons sim and same problem. other ppl on att/cingular have no problem either. i dont know what to do

you might have the call forwarding on for some reason by mistake.
