Hi there,

I'm a programmer and I love the HipTop 2 I have except the crappy service. I want to be able to add more custom apps that I don't see offered in the catalog. Can I do this?

Also, I want to develop some stuff myself but apparently I need some USB kit. How much is this and where can i get it?

you can go to skdr.net for the apps and developer.danger.com for the stuff needed. You also need a dev key to be able to put apps on your sidekick.

If you are able to get a development key then you could upload free games and applications from www.skdr.net that are in the development process unto your device. Also you would be able to upload your own ringtones...

I heard its VERY difficult to get a DEV KEY, also it takes 6-8 weeks.. FROM what I heard; deezam. thats the only way huh; LOL. also the SITE doesn't work; the 1 u posted
