About 2 hrs ago at the time of a scheduled "get" from from Business connection/email("Biz Conn") I'm playing a video game(not on phone) and my phone is sitting next to me, and it keeps going on and off(ie crashing). When I dial ##3477 it tells me it "crashed during use of the Biz Conn" due to a "Fatal Exception"??
I did a "Soft Reset" but it didn't help. I'm about to do a "Hard Reset". I've "Hot Synced" everything. But will I loose all of my non-Palm Applications??

As long as you haven't messed with the hot sync settings.... After you hard reset do a hot sync and select your user name when prompted. It should proceed to restore most everything that was loaded on to your device before the reset. You'll see it say "restoring handheld databases" or something. It'll know it was hardreset and try to restore what it can. You may be missing a thing or two and might have to re-enter some registration codes.
I'd suggest looking into a third party back up solution like "Back Up Buddy" in case this happens again.

Its like when your car makes a bad sound all week, then you take it to a mechanic and the sound stops. I had Sprint Technical support on the phone when For some reason it just stopped??? A person at Sprint said that it might have been a problem in their system?? None-the-less I'm happy.
Thanks for the advice...& yes I have "Back-up Buddy" downloaded and I use the 128mb free memory card P1 gave out as a Backup card. Thats a must. It was the first thing I tried to get after upgrading from a 505 to the Treo 650. The older Palm Pilots actually had a Backup card you could buy, but Backup Buddy is great, and with the free card from P1 its free
