need help with weird error i am getting from bitpim

i have installed usb drivers, my computer finds all the cdma phones and it charges my phone but i cannot get bitbim to get any data or recieves. it gives me

secondly... he doesnt say to do this, but while bitpim is open click view then at the bottom of the view menu click view filesystem, then follow the directions on that topic! and there ya have it

Yea anything you do with the vx8000, since it is unsupported as of now, has to be done though the filesystem tab.

thanks for the help. that did the trick and im having no problem uploading pictures, songs, tunes and all that. is it possible to rename the recorded sound or taken picture so its not all 3436777 and so on. Thanks
