7100G slow to push e-mail

Got a 7100G about a week ago and am noticing that when I am sent a message or send a message to myself through the BB there sometimes is a delay of up to 1-3 minutes before the message appears on my phone. If I do a manual reconcile it appears immediatly.

We have rules out our network setup with BES4.0 cause other handhelds from other carriers appear immediatly (1-2 sec). We have a few Cingular phones and both exibit the same behavior.

Anyone notice this with Cingular? It is quite annoying and I am about ready to return this phone and go back to my 7520.
