Hi all

I just purchased a blackberry 7510 from a friend at a very good price just to try it out. all his information and emails and appointments are on there...
my question is how can i delete everything and get the blackberry back to factory defaults as if i was getting it new....

also i am upgrading to 4.0 software will this do the trick ?

Actually, when you do the upgrade, one of the options is to back and restore the data. Don't let it do that, and all of the customer data (e-mails, address book, etc.) will be deleted.
