Need Help with Siemens S65

HI,

okay here is the situation;

I'm having a problem connecting to the internet through the siemens s65 phone

my service provider is rogers and I requested help in which they

gave me these settings to enter into the phone:

Primary IP: 208.200.067.150
Primary Port: 9203
Secondary IP: 208.200.067.151
Secondary Port: 9201
APN: goam.com
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
HomePage: http://mymobilehomepage.rogers.com/

after i entered these settings i tried accessing the internet

in which a message stating 'Incorrect GPRS profile'

Ive called technical support for rogers and they werent sure as to why this would happen

would anyone happen to know how to fix this problem , ive been trying for about a week

and cant seem to fix this problem or get the right help

I was browsing through and found some general info on the settings etc.

is there a specific or similar procedure for entering these settings with the s65 ?

You can try using the Siemens OTA configuation tool at www.siemens-mobile.com/s65 The link to the configurator is in the grey product support box under the picture of the phone.

i dont know how i got this to work but

i changed the apn from : goam.com
to

internet.com and it worked

works for me
