I just purchased a T-Mo Sidekick II after agonizing over whether or not to buy the BB 7100t instead. My main use for this type of unit will be browsing, email, and ease of use. After playing with both in the store, the SKII seemed to be the more straightforward unit as far as ease of operation than the BB, thus my choice. I still have a week to exchange it for the BB and was wondering if anyone here has owned both and what was the prefered of the two. Cost isn't really a concern as they are both the same. Any help or advice would be appreciated. BTW, the "bling" factor is of no concern to me in this decision. Thanks again in advance.

I had both, and being that I'm left handed it was a no brainer for me -- the scroll/push button is made for some right handed use it seems to be.

SKII, hands down.

Don't let ease of use sway your opinion. I'm not saying to not factor it in, but don't give it too much credit.

Whenever you switch to a new operating system on a phone, it will be an adjustment. But one way or another, you will learn how to navigate the phone quickly enough to your liking.

Unless of course, the phone is just IMPOSSIBLE to operate.

Thanks to those that helped. I think I'm gonna stick with the SK strictly for the HTML, full qwert KB, etc. Hopefully I made the right decision, time will tell. Thanks again.
