well this is my second first one was defective and had to wait a week until they got more in. oh ya wtf he offered to resell my old treo for 25 percent off that's messed up I hope they fixed it before they resold it. anyways I hope this one works better I will update this as soon as I get home.

Make sure you have an "A" SIM and not the "G" SIM. I returned mine. In my opinion, the Treo is a nice PDA, but the phone part is not up to par. The sound quality is pretty bad. The hissing killed me. I did like using Chatter email and having push email with the Treo though. Now I use Aileron and pair it up with my Tungsten T5 and my RAZR.

The Treo's have problems, plain and simple. I switched to an A SIM and it didn't really help much. The phone has a tendency to reset and do odd things.

That said, some are worse than others, I had my first Treo replaced and the second one was better, but still not perfect. Luck of the draw, it seems.

This will only be the beginning. I am looking into my crystal ball..I see the Treo 650 performing many restarts and displaying many Fatal Error Screens. Wait....wait....I see more... I see BKKloppenborg's blood pressure level increasing so fast that he will take the Treo 650 and use it as a speed bump to slow down incoming traffic in his neighborhood.

ok so far its working still, vergamail is fine, and i fixed all the probelms it was having when i got it late last night after work, now i am tired and have to open work lol.... *Sigh* i hate closing work then opeining back up the next day...

hey everyone,
I just got my TREo 650 for Cingular yesterday.... I don't know what's going on! the phone keeps shutting itself off, and when I check #*377 it's told me that I've had system errors while running everything...realplayer, phone, web... basically everything I've used. this is a nifty device, but if I can't actually make calls on it, it's useless to me. does anyone have any suggestions for me? do I just need to pack it in and return it, or am I doing something wrong? is there any solution for this? I miss my 6620 already!

yup had all those probelms when i had it sorry really nothing to do i tried 3 Treo 650's and finally had to return it.. Good luck!

What type of sim are you using?
