I just recently purchased a BB7230. I have been having a problem for 3 days I can't figure out. I can't seem to be able to reply to an email from my BB. I get the email, open it, choose reply, type in my message to reply, but then I get no send option. It is driving me crazy. Thanks in advance for any help.

Is your device registered on the network (read: on the main screen, does GPRS appear in capital letters?) If not, you may need to (re)send your service book in order to get email functionality working.

After your message is composed, you just click the track wheel in, and select send. You may need to scroll up or down for that.

Thanks for that, but I have tried all that. I open the recieved email, I then choose reply. I then type in my response. I then go to choose send. I howver then just get the following choices:

hide menu
past
select
save draft
delete original text
add to
add cc
add bcc
attach address
clear field
edit auto text
options
cancel

I should add, it seems this is only happening with the email I am recieving from outlook web access emails.

I beg someone to help me. I have spent hours trying to figure this out.

Hmmm.... have you tried reloading your BB with the latest BBOS?

When you are typing your reply, scroll all the way to the top, and there should be a line that says "Using:" what does it say beside that?

Also, you may want to resend your service books to your BlackBerry. It sounds like you are using BlackBerry Web Client, so all you need to do to resend your service books is to log into the BlackBerry Web Client, go to profiles, and all the way at the bottom will be a button (or two) to send service books. If you have two buttons, use them both. Problems with sending is sometimes because of a corrupt service book, so a simple resend should fix it.
